A Common Law Commercial Lien has been Lawfully established between myself, steven: of the family kirk, and the individual who accepts liability for the Names “mike thornton, keith anderson, frank mitchell, lindsay mcquade, neil clitheroe, david wark, marion venman, hamish watson, richard taylor, elaine bowker, ann mckechin, sarah mistry, anita longley, maria elena sanz arcas. C/o Address: Scottish Power 320 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AD Registered No: 190287, herein referred to as “the Tortfeaser”.

The reason for this Lien is that i have been the subject of a wrong (i.e. a tort) at the hands of the Tortfeaser, and my remedy in Law is to be able to place Lien on their property, until the wrong has been set aright. Thus me/myself/i am Lawfully able to seize goods and assets that belong to the Tortfeaser, up to the amount of the Commercial Lien, which is One Million (1,000,000.00) per named Tortfeasers as per the unrebutted affidavit of obligation commercial lien reference number: sk-10122018-sp-aocl-1m which now stands as truth and judgment in law and is now an account receivable.

This Notice is to inform whomsoever may be concerned that the creditworthiness of this Tortfeaser is, henceforth, highly suspect, until the Lien lapses – or is, by some other means, removed.
